Returns and Exchanges
Betty Bones is a small business, so unfortunately, there is a no return or exchange policy for all items. 

Cancellations
You have 12 hours to cancel an order after it's placed. Email your order information to BettyBonesCo@aol.com

Wrong Address
If you have inputed your address incorrectly on your order, you typically have 24 hours to send an email with your correct address. In some cases, orders are processed very quickly and it's simply too late to change your address. You should still send an email informing us that your address is incorrect so we can send you the USPS tracking ID and you may be able to contact USPS to "intercept the package". If the package is returned to us, we will reship it to your correct address free of charge.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Betty Bones is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package's tracking ID has confirmed delivery, we are no longer responsible for the package. 

Missing Items
Many of our items ship from different locations so you may receive your order in separate packages. Also, some items have a pre-order period like 2-10 days, or 2-4 weeks. These details are in the description area of each item. If you've ordered a pre-order item, it may ship later separately from the rest of your order. You can email questions to BettyBonesCo@aol.com.

Damaged Item
If your purchase was damaged during transit, email BettyBonesCo@aol.com to receive a replacement. Include in your email a description and photo of the damage to help us prevent it from happening again.
