Returns and Exchanges
Betty Bones is a small business, so unfortunately, there is a no return or exchange policy for all items. 

Cancellations
You have about 12 hours to cancel an order after it's placed. The 2.9% PayPal fee will be deducted from your refund total, as that cannot be returned. Email your order information to BettyBonesCo@aol.com

Wrong Address
If you have inputed your address incorrectly on your order, send us an email as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for sending you a replacement if you've inputted the wrong address and it's already left for shipment. However, if USPS returns it to us, we will reship it to your correct address free of charge.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Betty Bones is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package's tracking ID has confirmed delivery, we are no longer responsible for the package. 

Missing Items
Some of our items 
(jewelry/smoke supplies) ship from different locations; so you may receive your order in separate packages. For updates on the rest of your order, you can email BettyBonesCo@aol.com.

Damaged Item
If your purchase was damaged during transit, email BettyBonesCo@aol.com to receive a replacement. Include in your email a description and photo of the damage to help us prevent it from happening again.
